Instructional Coaching That Works: Lessons From the Field Friday, April 19, 2024, 3:00 - 4:15 PM EDT
In this informational session, four former Teaching the Skills That Matter (TSTM) coaches will discuss their experiences with using instructional coaching as a way to effect positive change. They will describe the coaching model that was used, the impact that coaching had on teachers and learners, and tips for making coaching work as a professional development model. The coaches will be joined by Dr. Susan Finn Miller, who served as the Coach of Coaches for the TSTM project, and by Dr. Cherise Moore, who was the TSTM Project Director at the American Institutes for Research (AIR).
